Hi, My name is Brian Daniel Marshall. I am a mentor to coaches and a specialist in the development of sporting organizations.
I am currently the performance director and national coach for Parasport Danmark in swimming as well as the CEO (part-time) for the swimming club FREM-Odense.
I am an Olympic swimming coach, including medal winning performances at European and World Championships.
I am a PhD student at Reykjavik University specializing in research into culture and culture change within high-performance sporting environments.
