Hi, My name is Brian Daniel Marshall. I am a mentor to coaches and a specialist in the development of sporting organizations.

I am currently the CEO for the swimming club FREM-Odense and was the performance director and national coach for Parasport Danmark in swimming between 2021 and 2024.

I am an Olympic swimming coach, including medal winning performances at European and World Championships.  

I am a PhD student at Reykjavik University specializing in research into culture and culture change within high-performance sporting environments.

I have been a lecturer at Reykjavik University and am a former Training & HR manager at a large industrial corporation.
